My name is Ms Maria Silas,a B.ed graduate.I specialized in commerce subjects grade 8 -12.
My professional value and belief statement:
Teaching is a process of instilling the concepts and necessary skills for life long-learning.
As a teacher I believe that effective teaching is made up of two components knowledge of content and ability to communicate it.
My teaching methods:
I used class discussions, roleplay, presentation,etc as teaching methods to make my subject content understandable to my students. And most of my students pass rate range from A-C.

I posses good communication skills,respect for students,own love for learning and this makes me a great teacher.
