Lead and manage the Accounting Department, ensuring the effective delivery of the IGCSE Accounting curriculum.

Curriculum Planning and Development:
Develop, implement, and update the IGCSE Accounting curriculum to ensure it is relevant, challenging, and meets international standards.

Ensure that all accounting teaching materials are aligned with IGCSE guidelines and best practices.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Plan and deliver high-quality IGCSE Accounting lessons that engage and challenge students, using a variety of teaching methods and resources.
Provide clear explanations of accounting concepts, ensuring that students develop a thorough understanding of the subject matter.
Prepare and deliver assessments, ensuring that they are appropriate and reflect IGCSE standards.
Student Support:
Provide individualized support to students who may require additional help, including offering extra tutoring or advice outside of lesson times.

Assessment and Reporting:
