Students' centric teaching, simple methodology, make the students to understand with relevant and practical examples. Creating self confidence to the students and make them to work to complete their task successfully. My aim is to make the average students to the best students. Teach the subject from the very basic level, because it alone only lays the foundation at the higher level. Explaining the theories and the concepts from the base level with suitable examples, particularly from the day to day activities will enable the students to understand clearly that lead them to get the positive and successful result. Creating skill in their subject could make them expert in their relevant field. The proficiency in their subject will yield good result not only in their examination and also in their higher studies if they willing to do so.
