I started from basic with counting then go to basic bol-bani,then tatkar,tehai,Tora,tukra etc then theory. Discussing about history of dance and dancers. By this way the classes will go on.
I give home work and assignment for practice.
Next day I check the practice first accordingly go for further. Then teach some music piece which encourages students and also work on expression. Discussing about new techniques. Arrange online and offline workshops.
To encourage students organise annual program yearly also tech students for their personal programs.
Overall giving focus on their learning and make them good dancer
