My way of teaching is to give knowledge whatever I had learned from my respected teachers. My way of teaching students is whatever we are learning we should know the concept, meaning first then it will be meaningful of gaining knowledge otherwise it is the waste of time, money of parents, so that's it. My motivation is to inspire students to achieve their goals and become independent, productive members of society. I want students to do mistakes because from mistakes only they will learn
