I use the HYBRID teaching style also known as blended style, which strives to strike a balance between teacher- and student-centered approaches. This allows me to integrate both traditional and modern teaching methods, which makes it a great style for adapting to the needs of diverse learners.
Most of the time, I bring my own knowledge and expertise into the class. Even though a structure for every lecture or lesson is there I can adjust my own flow and come up with the right activities to keep the students engaged. The hybrid teaching style integrates lectures, demonstrations, group activities, and even technology into one learning session.
I prefer to use the Hybrid teaching methodology because:
1. This teaching style uses a variety of methods that cater to diverse student needs
2. It integrates traditional and modern approaches for a balanced learning experience
3. It gives teachers the flexibility to adapt to different learning preferences
4. Students remain active and engaged for longer
I am also a great teacher because I take my time to analyze and understand different needs of my learners as students grasp these concepts differently so every student is a novel case to me
