My teaching style is depending upon the students understanding level. Few understand through detailed explanation,few understand through vedio/ animated vedioes. Few through flowchart. It's entirely depending on how they understand and reproduce the same. My teaching style by keeping exam point of view make me good teacher. my students certainly develop intrest in medical microbiology without their knowledge of giving any efforts. My teaching style is always not a text book but to create a professional nurse,technologist or medical practitioner with practical knowledge.i just not only teach microbiology, I teach them to have sound practical knowledge.
