I am an Assistant Professor of Chemistry with over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and curriculum development. I hold a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. I have honed my expertise in delivering high-quality education both in traditional and online settings. My current role at Govt. Sadiq College Women University (GSCWU) since November 2019 has involved comprehensive responsibilities, including curriculum development, research supervision, innovative teaching methodologies and various admin responsibilities. In my online teaching role, I have effectively transitioned to virtual platforms, leveraging technology to provide engaging and interactive learning experiences. Over the past four years, I have designed and delivered online courses in various aspects of chemistry, including physical chemistry and analytical techniques. My approach involves utilizing multimedia resources, real-time virtual demonstrations, and interactive discussions to make complex topics accessible and engaging for students. I have supervised over 30 MS and Ph.D. students and published more than 40 research papers. Throughout my career, I have been recognized with several honors, including the prestigious Indigenous Fellowship from the Higher Education Commission (HEC), a Ph.D. placement at Aston University, UK, and multiple Research Productivity Awards for my contributions. I have consistently ranked 1st in the AD Scientific Index at Govt. Sadiq College Women University (GSCWU). As a committed member of the scientific community, I hold life memberships in the Chemical Society of Pakistan and the Pakistan Nuclear Society, and I was previously affiliated with the Royal Society of Chemistry (2012-2020). Additionally, I am a member of the British Biochar Foundation, UK. To further enhance my expertise, I have completed courses such as Renewable Energy and Green Building Entrepreneurship from Duke University and Introduction to Research for Essay Writing from the University of California, Irvine, which have broadened my knowledge in sustainable practices and research methodologies.
