Hi friends! I am a visionary and compassionate individual with philosophical, intellectual and philanthropic approaches. I am an abstract thinker with high cognitive, imaginative and creative/ aesthetic thinking, having more than a decades teaching-learning excellence. I find myself as an alchemist, a change catalyst in the academic as well as other aspects of the students' life. Teaching is not a profession but a passion for me. I take it as mentorship rather than an academic facilitation. I have conducted scientific researches on ancient and contemporary teaching theories, tools and techniques, curricula, strategies and assessment system worldwide and made myself a valuable teacher. My in depth learning and expertise of being a writer and project manager has made me more than a subject specialist. Nevertheless, my core competencies in teaching are enabling the learners/ students for the subject/ course beyond the understanding level, up to the gradual upgradation of comprehension, analysis, synthesis and ultimately to the creativity, preparation for the assessment and ensuring the high grades. Being a curriculum analyst and developer, I have a sheer knowledge of implementing different kinds of curriculum amiably. My teaching style is communicative and inquisitive. Join me if you are interested in learning. Good marks and grades are just byproduct of your true learning.
