I calmly deal the students and make my students motivated so that they work hard and also did some fun as well so that they don't get bored and stay energetic. Also did some motivational sections so that the students stay motivated and always ready to accept new challenges. I try to provide a healthy environment to my students and also ask my students for how they spend there day it also helps students to stay energetic and then they did there work faster and exciting for the next day as well.
