I prefer practical based education as it helps for the students learn more easily instead of traditional way. I have different ways of approach to students based on their style and acceptance. I have seen great results when I was working in Omani school; where I didn't even knew language. I started to understand what the student is trying to communicate by learning language, understanding them, giving space by making a friend and not only as a teacher. My advantages are patience, creativity, knowledge, friendly, fast learning, jovial, hard worker.
