I use lectures, active learning and independent learning.
I teach through delegation and discussion. I expect maximum co-operation from my students and initiative to learn. The expected outcome is full understanding of the objectives set at the beginning of the class.
I relate to my students tough spots and encourage them to do better in the areas that they lack with inclusion of assignments and tests.
I create a positive learning environment and connect with my students through setting reasonable expectations and I am able to adapt to different circumstances. I am a high achiever and go getter so together we can do great learning.
