Dear Students,

I am a passionate and dedicated Secondary Mathematics Teacher. As a bilingual British educator, fluent in English and Arabic, with a PGCE in Mathematics from the University of Sunderland, UK, and six years of experience in education, I bring a robust set of skills and knowledge. My experience in teaching Mathematics to KS3, IGCSE, and A-Level students at two British international schools in Abu Dhabi has enabled me to enhance students' mathematical understanding and support them in reaching their full potential—academically, personally, and socially.

My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Computer Science, followed by a PGCE in Mathematics and ICT. This combination has strengthened my knowledge across STEM disciplines, particularly Mathematics, allowing me to design challenging and engaging lessons for Middle and High School students. My goal is to effectively communicate the significance of innovation and problem-solving in today’s world.

I adhere to the highest teaching standards, and this commitment has shaped my approach to delivering lessons. I employ innovative teaching strategies, regular assessments, and targeted feedback to identify and address learning gaps. My methodology aligns with the British Curriculum, ensuring that I meet the diverse needs of all students while maintaining rigorous academic expectations. In my experience teaching IGCSE and A-Level Mathematics, I focus on ensuring that students grasp fundamental mathematical concepts through well-structured and engaging lessons.

Given my experience with a diverse student body, including EAL and Gifted and Talented (G&T) students, I tailor my teaching to accommodate the needs of different learners. I create extension tasks for students requiring further challenges and offer additional support to those who need it, ensuring all students meet their academic targets.
