My name is Usman Hyder Magsi, I have done MA from Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur, B.Ed in first division and I have many years of teaching experience, almost 8 years in school and 14 years of madarsa.
And I am a regular and punctual teacher, and I still teach in Government Cambridge School Sukkur, and Alhumdulillah my students were first position holder, & now they are doing very good jobs.
My teaching method is very polite and friendly with students, and I try to teach children as well as give them information about the world, other things and about general knowledge.
Alhumdulillah I have taught those students who were weak in study, and now they take very good marks, and I had taught very easily, if any student ask to me question so I give the answer very politely.
And I also focus on students manners, that they respect their parents and elders as well as neighbours.
And I teach the students to help poor and love humanity, and I suggest my students that whatever you have got, spread it to others.
On this basis I have been awarded the Best Performance Teacher Award, and in the future I will continue to teach my students with the same enthusiasm.
