I consider all different teaching skills and styles because everyone has a different learning style too.
I have to consider different approaches while I want to engage the learners and increase the participation and retention.
Depending on what you are teaching. Different subject matters are suited for certain teaching styles.

The relationship between me and the learners is a special one. Thinking back of my favorite teachers. What did I love most about them? Maybe it was how they encourage and challenged me.
