I want to understand my student's communication skill (English or Bengali), based on that I would set a routine with writing & reading (individual) timetable. At the same time, I would set a specific time for my students (for Q&A session). I think, students will get a good result & outcome.
Specially, I can also help with school home tasks. I'll conduct some exams for my students personally (in 2 steps: writing & explaining).
At the same, I don't want to pressurize my students. I will conduct special program for my students.
