I empower my students to have the belief and confidence in themselves that they can do anything they set their mind to.
I encourage them to try to understand the subject on their own, at first before I step in to help them understand. I tell them everything is there in them, they just have to look for it.
I tell them that mistakes are the best ways to learn. Every mistake is a step closer to figuring out the answer. And a mistake is 'not' a failure.
Last but not least I tell my students that they are one of a kind and special human being put on earth to have their unique impact in the world, starting from their community, country, continent all the way to the whole world.
I will not just be there to help them with their subject matter, I will be there for them to discover who they are as a human being who is a part of this world. I will be there to empower the to think globally, and have a vision of global impact and work hard to get there.
