My number one job is to ensure that the student is comfortable and feels safe to open up about their academic struggles. I listen before I take action in order to get to the root cause of the problem so that more effective solutions can be made. I am flexible and willing to meet with the student at their preferred location, whether this is online, or in person. However the final decision on our meetings should be made by the parent because their comfort and confidence in my sessions are very important to me. Hope to hear from you soon.
