I always follow my routine to complete full syllables. some time I try to give an idea about more out of syllables concept, I strictly follow the rules of homework and classwork, student should be complete my task, weekly test, surprise test method I follow. Time management is most and I also receive students opinion too how they willing to follow routine, writing must, what they will read they should be write also. Feedback after completing every chapter and test must, I received homework everyday for each subject. I fixed time for single write so that they could increase there writing skills and sometimes I give rewards for better test results to influence them more about study, guide as a supervisor to complete assignment, sometimes help them in school work. I receive feedback from guardians also and if they complain about students try to solve the problem.
