Based on my teaching experience, I have learned to first work on the understanding of student about the topic. Therefore I spend good amount of time to clear all the concepts of the students. And then homework for me is very important. Homework being revision mostly so that the child can come with as many queries and unclear concepts as possible. I believe in giving homeworks on weekends.

I conduct tests every Saturday and Sunday of the topics studied the entire week. I like asking question, if child doesnot ask questions so that the child has things to think about.

The teaching space would be free of any sorts of judgements or racial remarks, making it a comfortable space for child to learn and grow. I value mental health of my students and therefore I like to keep the goals small and achievable. I like to keep myself and my students consistent and hardworking so that no one is burdened. Time for me is very important and so it should be valued.

For me its important that student and teacher understand each other properly before starting their academic session.
