Teaching is a complex task that not everybody can pursue. From my experience in this noble profession, patience, dedication and a strong student-centered approach is a must if you wish for your student's success.
My teaching style ensures that my students not only cover the course work, but also grasp the core concepts. Thereby, they can practically apply their lessons and creatively reproduce the subject matter. "Rattafication" holds no place in my teaching methodology, as my aim is to ensure understanding of the course.
My lesson preparation is research-oriented. I avail all possible sources (books, videos, research papers etc.) to prepare my lecture. Based on the topic's requirements, I prepare notes, slides and any other material that may help my student's comprehension. My activities and quizzes have also showed improvement in my students' understanding.
With my teaching style I have seen vast improvement in my students' grip on the subject as well as their grades. As a result, I have received positive feedback and praise for my dedication towards my students.
