    I worked as a program executive at Equal Community Foundation India. ECF is a very eminent NGo in Pune, working with adolescent boys and girls in slum communities. on the topics of Gender equality through conducting and facilitation of sessions on topics like human rights, contextual history and learnings, life skill and mental health advocacy. my main job role was to engage adolescents from communities and, conducting of session of above topic and making them able to think critically so they can make their decisions and choices more productively.
