Assalam Aleikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu. I teach Quran in different ways: For Tilawa, I have two ways; Teaching the current surah the student is and teaching the previous surahs the students has already passed. For Hifz / memorization, I make the student memorize five Juzuus then I stop the student then I start to listen the Juzuus which he/she had already read until he/she finishes the five Juzuus. That goes on after memorize every five Juzuus. The results are always pleasing since it's hard for the student to forget. I also teach some lessons learnt from some of verses of Qur'an. I also understand my students and know how to proceed with each and every student in a particular way.
