My teaching involve detailed explanation of content to the student with practical examples that enhances the understanding of topic coverage to the student. It entails the use of case studies and assignments which enables the student to mentally connect with the teaching. In addition to the academic concern I also involve motivational narratives that enables the learner to connect with the teaching whenever I detect boredom on the side of the learner which improves his or her interest on the same. With good class management skills this has made most students to pass highly with some even getting rewards. Further more I offer guidance and counselling services which aids learning. My classes provide fair chances to learners so that they can ask questions during and after classes with timely response provided by myself which restores confidence on the learner concerning the area of study. In the above mentioned institutions where I have taught, mostly my selection has been through competitive selection process involving interviews and class demos. Individually I am self-motivated, honest with good communication skills both orally and written. I also employ use of audio-visual communication where need be. If given chance all these can be proved better more than said. Thanks
