I like to integrate yoga with our modern life routine...I like to control the Lifestyle diseases of my students through regular practice of yoga........I am a very friendly person....like to teach in a very simple method..I trained,more that 1000 people ...I got drastic result in Diabetes, dysmenorrhoea, obesity .... among my students...my approach and continuity.
