I'm very calm and good at observation of the strength and weakness of each students and that's what helps me create a time table and the right teaching plan for my students because they all learn differently based upon the processing of their individual brain capacity. I'm results oriented so I make sure the students are able to grab the basics because that's where the problem is mostly found. I make sure my students pass successfully their examinations but that they also do not forget what they've been thought by me
