I believe in a student centered-approach to education where the needs and abilities of each student are the focus.I emphasize understanding over memorization and encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills in my students.I incorporate interactive sessions in my teaching,where students are encouraged to participate actively in discussions and I utilize question-and-answer sessions,hands-on-activities to make learning engaging and effective.I provide additional resources and support for students who need extra help with more complex problems.I encourage students to reflect on their performance and identify areas for improvement.
