With over more than 15 years of practical experience, I am a trustworthy and dedicated Language and Literature educator. My goal is to enhance learners’ conceptual clarity in a conducive learning environment, enabling them to practically implement their cognitive skills and abilities.
I have a fantastic approach to teaching. Combining professional theory with real-life examples, make the concepts that are taught,more relatable and easier to understand for my students. I use to enhance the language skills of my pupils by giving them thinking and speaking time. Thus, the teaching and learning time becomes a source of pleasure instead of burden for the learners as they discover learning and exploring is Fun!!!!!!
As a Subject Specialist I instructed about the structure and content of the English Language including the meaning and spellings of words, rules of composition and grammar. Assigning books and essays for learners to read and teach them how to identify themes, points of view, and other characteristics by giving examples from the daily life.
Being in an Army institute,I have the privilege to interact with a diverse backgroung of lang uage learners; soldiers, JCOs,Serving/Retired Military soldiers,the children of Martyrs, Army Officers and Civillians. The upbringing of the deprived children had also been the part of academics. They were emotionally uplifted so that they may play their contructive role in the development of a healthy society.
The mental and social enlightenment always remained the Focuss of the education during my service. The theme value education remained fully embedded in all the subjects especially languages, to teach the pupils the importance of moral and social values, which was reinforced repeatedly according to the designed curriculum and my teaching techniques.
I put untiring efforts in Learning and executing E-learning skills in the pandemic condition at Azam Garrison by conducting online Zoom classes; generating resources for involving the students to do maximum participation during the sessions.
Numerous certificates of aprreciation to participate and excel,are offered by the prestigious organization LGES like; Best Middle School Teacher of the Year 2011-2013, Best Teacher Middle Wing 2014, certificate for the Commitment to the Online Journey 2020 as an acknowledgement for my sincere efforts.
In my role as a Language Specialist at Iqra Lingua Home, I've been deeply involved in facilitating language learning and fostering effective communication skills among our students. Beyond merely imparting linguistic knowledge, I've embraced a multifaceted approach that encompasses mentorship, support and motivation. This comprehensive approach has allowed me to contribute significantly to the growth and success of my students .
