First I Identify the level of the students(whether they are beginners or medium or fast) then I try to teach them according to their level. And I always try to know their prior knowledge about a topic, then I will start to teach them, I will make them to feel free to ask me question many times until they understand the topic. I always give them test after I finish the class about the topic which helps them to evaluate themselves. What make me differ is I will not feel boring until they are clear about the lesson, I will use all my efforts to teach them to become effective and clever students. I will be like a friend or sister for them, I will give 5 minute for taking about their selves, their friends, or if they have special skill,will listen them because this helps them 1 . to refresh them selves 2. To identify and develop their area of talent or skill.
