My goal is to encourage and train students to build Study habits at school and at home. I include discussions during my class and try to build cooperation between the students so that they can exchange their own ideas and understand different perspectives of the same content.
Teaching styles are Audio learners, video learners, student- centered approach etc.
Problem-based learning.
Personalized learning.
Adaptability is a must for teachers, who need to continously evaluate.
Empathy, Patience, Active learning in handling classes.
Phonics sessions should be very optimistic and will help students to succeed.
