I develop and implement lesson plans, adapting curriculum to meet individual student needs, and utilize multimedia resources to enhance instruction. I facilitate live online sessions, encouraging student participation . I monitor student progress, track performance, and adjust instruction accordingly. I collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve online courses and curriculum, staying updated on best practices in online teaching to continuously improve my methods. With strong subject matter expertise, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in digital tools, I am passionate about teaching and learning in a virtual environment.
