I teacher based on learner centred technique and consider the interest of the learner rather than mine.Can help well a slow and average student conceptualise concept,as well as a first learner understand well in his/her areas of difficulties.I prefer giving a test to know if our objectives have been achieved. I put emphasis on areas which seems difficult to a learner by giving out possible quizzes as well as explaining through practical scenarios where possible .
Have delt with a candidate class and I know with that experience can produce best results.I believe every learner has the potential and when utilised well we can produce the best results.
