I posses a very strong mathematical background which I acquired throughout my high-school learning and coming top of my class in my final exams as an A level student. I'm currently in my final year as a Mathematics and Computational Science student at the University of Zimbabwe which comes in handy as I get to learn more concepts and perfect what I already know. I can clearly explain complex math concepts for students better understanding. I am very passionate about teaching Mathematics and making understandable, enjoyable and fun for learners whilst producing remarkable results. I am very patient and empathetic and I use teaching methods that build students confidence in Mathematics. My teaching methodology is testing students first so that I can clearly identify their strengths and weaknesses and how to approach those so as to produce great results at the end of our lessons. I possess very effective communication skills and I'm a good listener, this comes in handy when students have questions or do not understand some concepts which we have done. I believe in boosting students confidence by applauding them when they do well or show some improvement and motivating them when they are still legging behind so as to push them to their fullest potential.
