I hold a Master’s degree in Statistics from the School of Natural Sciences at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, with a CGPA of 3.65 out of 4. I have a strong background in Statistical Climatology and Statistical Inference, with specialized expertise in drought projection and risk assessment.

My MS dissertation focused on “Drought Projection over Punjab, Pakistan, through Copula Approaches,” which has laid the groundwork for my ongoing research. I am proud to have published a research paper titled “Enhancing Drought Risk Assessment in Punjab, Pakistan: A Copula-Based Approach for Projection” in the prestigious Journal of Applied Meteorology and Climatology (JAMC). This publication reflects my commitment to advancing knowledge in the field and my ability to conduct high-quality research.

In addition to my research experience, I have one year of teaching experience at the university level, where I have honed my skills in effectively communicating complex statistical concepts to students. I am proficient in R programming, SPSS, and Python, which allows me to approach data analysis and statistical modeling with a high level of expertise.

I am passionate about helping students understand and apply statistical methods to real-world problems, and I am committed to providing high-quality education and guidance.

    My responsibility is to deliver lectures on a wide range of topics related to Statistics and Statistical Methods in general, with a focus on Probability theory Statistical Inference and Business Statistics. I engage in various activities such as delivering lectures to the students, managing their initial level assignments, training them with different Statistical software like R-programming, and SPS, with a broad understanding of Statistical tools and methods. My goal is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of Statistics Analysis so that they can carry out independent research in their respective fields.
  • Visiting Lecturer Statistics (Sep, 2023–Dec, 2023) at Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences
    I serve as a Lecturer in Statistics as a visiting faculty member in the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Basic Sciences. I deliver lectures across different departments, where I teach basic statistics and regression analysis. In addition to lectures, I engage students with assignments and quizzes and provide them with knowledge about statistical software such as SPSS and R programming.
