I am self oriented teacher who is dedicated on his work.
My core mandate is to make my students understand the content and pass the examination.
While teaching I will be using learner centred methodology of training plus teacher to learner interactive learning methodology.
Students performance is another core mandate in my teaching.
In the past four years I have released many engineers to the field where they are doing grate in automotive engineering workshops in Kenya.
Some of them are now lecturer like me.
Over a span of four years I can count on the fruit of my hardworking.
I began teaching in secondary school when I was second year in the university during my long holiday .
And this has made me understand the best methodology of training.
Also in my training I always expose students to practicals this proves their compatibility
