I am a retired mining engineer. I completed my degree in 1987. I have been teaching mathematics to young children alongside my profession. I explain every detail thoroughly .Unlike other subjects, Each topic in mathematics is closely connected to the next topic. Therefore, all other relevant topics should be explained before moving further. I create a learning environment where children can understand mathematics without feeling pressured. I use props and real-life applications, I make mathematics tangible and relatable for children. It helps them understand the practical aspects of the subject. I am of the firm belief that concepts are essential for strong foundation in mathematics. concept learning is more important than solving problems, so I always pay attention to that. I ensure that concepts are crystal clear before moving further. I draw from my personal experience and connect that to the theory classes in the class room. my lessons are very engaging. in one instance, the last child of her class became star child of her class within a period of three months.
