I prefer to completely the work on daily base and promotes weekly test in order to observe that whether the student pick the knowledge or not. I promote the method of teaching learn by doing.students should have understand what they study rather than only memories the topic.I introduce the objectives of learning before teaching the topic, this will provide clear destination to students that what they are going to learn.weekly test provides me the information that how much attention the students have needed means it indicates the mentality level of the students. I am expert to know the psyche of the students.
