I help students who find certain aspects of the subject more complex by making it in a simple manner. I check on each student’s progress regularly by conducting unit exams and term exams. The bond with students will always be in a friendly manner than a regular strict one so that students can easily share their difficulties without any hesitations. Moreover I prefer students to love the subject rather than just focusing on aiming for good grades. Personally I take it as a challenge to maximize the benefits of students at any level.
