I prefer to teach by tell-show-do technique and which can influence all three domains that is cognitive,affective and psychomotor domains.
Usually associate the present teaching topic to the students past learnt and already known facts.
I would always try to know the learning style preferences of a student as to follow the same and slowly introduce them to the other learning styles as i believe that the multimodal learning helps learn better and also influences a lot on retrieval of memory of the same.
I use smart boards,showing videos,Live demonstrations,etc.
