I break down complex problems into small actionable steps to follow. I employ different learning models for my students. I act as a facilitator for the students enabling them to do the work. I teach them from the beginning that they have to build their thinking muscles from the get-go. I discourage learning for the sake of memorizing only and encourage learning for the sake of understanding and applying that knowledge to useful outcomes. I use real-world examples for the students to understand the concepts and let go of their fears.
