A best teacher is the one who knows how to make a difficult subject easier and interesting for the students. A good teacher will come up with different strategies i.e audio, visual and kinesthetic (activity based)while teaching because he/she is dealing individuals. A teacher should teach a topic in a way where they must go from concrete to abstract and from known to unknown for the purpose to make a subject easier and familiar for each student to understand and learn. A good teacher has the quality of being patient and empathetic towards students to develop an understanding and provide conducive environment for learning. Teaching- Learning process is not a one way traffic or a monologue. It should be an active and interactive session where students should feel free to share his/her experiences/ queries to clear his /her concepts. A Teacher should not only teach his/her subject but to groom a student and to work on his personality build up. A good teacher knows the art of developing a healthy competition among students. He/she is a role model for a student. Teaching is more a passion rather than a profession.
