I Am patient with my learners which helps to understand areas that are challenging to them. I use hybrid style of teaching because it incorporates the learners' preferences, diversity, personalities and interests to address in given area of study. I encourage my learners to indulge in active discussion to ensure everyone is engaged. Improving the academic performance of my learners is my key area of focus. I Am a open-minded teacher always willing to listen to my students to nurture a positive learning environment. I always give my clients time to give feedback freely on the areas in question.
