I have 4 years of teaching experience (Kalakshetra style). My classes are completely student oriented where they have the freedom to explore and explore while being innovative. Starting from basic to advanced levels including theory and practical will be taught. The classes will be engaged throughout. Proper body conditioning and adavu traning will be provided along with yoga to make sure the students body gets molded and starts to get comfortable. I also make sure the students are taught proper warmup excercise that will help them do better and prevent any injuries .
