HELLO, Here Neha I have Done my Bachelors in botany and currently doing Mphil in microbiology,
My teaching style is such that I don't let students get depressed about their studies because if a student becomes depressed, they won't be able to study. In every subject, no matter the topic, I give students the opportunity to analyze the topic themselves and evaluate new ideas from it. It's very important for students to be engaged in any topic or during the lecture. I design lessons that require students to engage with the material through discussion, problem-solving, and hands-on activities.What sets me apart as a great teacher is my deep commitment to my students' emotional well-being and academic success. I create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel safe to explore ideas without the fear of failure. I understand that if students are stressed or depressed, it hinders their ability to learn, so I prioritize their mental health alongside their education. I foster a classroom atmosphere where students are actively engaged, encouraging them to analyze topics independently and develop their own ideas. My lessons are thoughtfully designed to involve students in discussions, problem-solving exercises, and hands-on activities, making learning both interactive and meaningful. By empowering students to take charge of their own learning, I help them build confidence, creativity, and critical thinking skills, all of which are essential for their growth. Thank You
