With more than 9 years of teaching experience at Junior college and College level, I have developed a good knowledge and understanding of the subject as well as of teaching profession. It has allowed me to be able to communicate with the students at their level, understanding the problems they are facing and providing them the right type of guidance and support to overcome the difficulties faced by them in the subject. I’m able to cater with individual students as well as with a group with equal proficiency. I ensure complete engagement of the students in order to prepare them for self learning and holistic development. I always act on the principle of giving respect to students and welcome their opinions and ideas during discussions in the process of teaching and learning. I emphasise patience and active listening during my interaction with the students. Being an enthusiastic teacher, I encourage the complete participation of each and every student, especially the shy ones at their own pace. The basis for this is building the confidence of the students. I go about for teaching with proper lesson plan which I share with them on everyday basis.
