I worked at the International School of Beijing for seven years and I was a Chinese teacher when I was in Inner mongolia. I am passionate about education and dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of students. I understand the curriculum well and am familiar with IB-PYP and Common Core standards and I am at the process of the America Teach Now(Moreland University) teacher license program. I have a deep understanding of Mandarin teaching and have spent three years working in a dual language program (Chinese-English) at the International School of Beijing; My two working experience allow me to practice my Chinese teaching and accumulate enough knowledge and skills to teach bilinguals.
My strong communication skills and empathy allow me to cooperate effectively with my colleagues. I am also consistently committed to professional development and regularly attend conferences and workshops to stay updated on the latest educational practices and techniques.
