I highly recommend and use participave approach with all my students in such a way that I engage with them and create a friend environment where they feel free to ask or share ideas. I mainly prefer having each students time so that I can support their challenges independently. I have been able to assist more than four lots of about 200 hundred students per semester through extra classes and guide them to their A scores without failing. I also help students realize their capabilities in life beyond the classes which makes my students be my friends and consider me a role model. I support and engage all kinds of students irrespective of their financial capabilities since my main goal is to empower the your generation and to be part of growth in someone's life. I always like simple classes which makes students to first understand basics of courses and then introducing concepts slowly until the learner is conversant with the idea and then challenging the learner while giving them revisions untill I feel they are ready to deliver results.
