I am a passionate teacher who loves an interactive class session, with manageable class size. I like using engaging set induction, what we might call introduction to capture full attention of my students. I like making reference to our previous lessons to know the lack and strength of my students.
My methods includes: Personalize learning method, incorporate play/ exercise (gamification), use of animations, visual /audio aids, Active Recall, Spaced Repetition, Chunking i.e.breaking down of large information into units, retrieval practice, multisensory learning, demonstration method, lecturing method and any other meaningful methods that evolves from time to time.
My students hardly fail mathematics when assessed, as such my results will be great and commendable.
I am a great teacher because I have great wealth of experience, where I can function well with infants, children, teens and adult in a learning environment. Also because of the excellent teacher -student relationship I have.
Finally, I do not used negative words on my students, I give them hope that they can be the best tomorrow. So I use verbal praise consistently.
My motto 'give all children a chance for we can trained the untrainable '.

I function rotationally as Games Master, Head of Mathematics Department, member Examination committee, member disciplinary committee, welfare committee chairman, and any other role or position the leader deem me fit to handle in the Institution.
