Biology and Chemistry Teacher for Intermediate/HSSC Level
Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Biology and Chemistry Teacher to educate Intermediate/HSSC level students (grades 11 and 12). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both subjects and a proven track record of inspiring students to achieve academic excellence. This role involves teaching complex scientific concepts, fostering critical thinking, and preparing students for higher education and competitive exams.
Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Planning & Delivery:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the HSSC curriculum and learning objectives for Biology and Chemistry.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, practical experiments, group discussions, and multimedia resources, to cater to different learning styles.
- Ensure that lessons are engaging, informative, and accessible, helping students grasp challenging concepts in both subjects.

2. Student Assessment & Feedback:
- Design and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess student understanding and progress in Biology and Chemistry.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback, helping students to improve their knowledge, skills, and academic performance.
- Prepare students for board exams and other competitive exams by conducting regular revision sessions and mock tests.
3. Laboratory Work:
- Supervise and guide students during laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Demonstrate practical applications of theoretical concepts through hands-on experiments in both Biology and Chemistry.
- Maintain and manage laboratory equipment and resources, ensuring they are in good working condition.
4. Academic Support:
- Offer additional support and tutoring to students who may be struggling with the material, providing personalized assistance to help them succeed.
- Monitor and track student progress, identifying those in need of extra help and providing targeted interventions.
5. Professional Development:
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Biology and Chemistry education, including new research, teaching methods, and technology.
- Participate in professional development workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.
6. Classroom Management: ( online and Offline)
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring that all students are focused and engaged during lessons.
7. Communication:
- Maintain open communication with students, parents, and school administration regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor's in Medical Laboratory Technology Biology and Chemistry, or a related field. A teaching certification is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience at the Intermediate/HSSC level, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and exam requirements. And 4 Years offline 6 years online
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and software to enhance teaching and learning.
