hope you all are good in your life. I Am Amar your fitness coach and i done my certification from k_11. more than 14 years and done my marshal arts from choi kwang do. Last 14 i am work in fitness industry. most of my clients i train and they are happy with my training in my fitness program i focus on my clients need what they actually want.
